Comments:  Just had breakfast.  Mary made herself another pot of coffee.  She
tried the PDF (pet floatation device) on the dogs – they were not impressed.
The dogs have been under the quilt Mary has had out to keep her legs warm.  Sun
just came out.

Comments:  AutoPilot would take off in the wrong direction when setting a new
waypoint, so we stopped and recalibrated the fluxgate compass.  Also took time
to clean the cockpit windows and plastic sides.  When the sun was out for a few
minutes it reached 61º in the cockpit.  The sun is now behind the clouds,
temperature in the cockpit is down to 59º.

Comments:  The while the wind has picked up, due to the short daylight hours we
can not stop motoring, but we put the sails up to help add a little to our
speed.  With the main and Genoa we managed to reach 7.4 kts earlier.  Lots of
sailboats are coming South down the ICW.  Temperature back up to 60 º.

Comments:  Less than 1 mile from the entrance to Big Foot Slough Channel.  Took
the sails down about 10 minutes ago – we were rolling with the swells coming off
our port beam.  Mary took some Dramamine to ease her queasiness.

Comments: Clear, sunny (when it comes up!) Temperature about 50º.  We have had a
wonderful visit. There was a big wedding Saturday between to locals that
provided a festive atmosphere.  The dogs had a good time – new areas to visit
and use the bathroom at.  We filled up with diesel, taking on ¼ of a tank (27.6
gallons @$80.00).  The bikes were great – we used them everyday to get around –
to eat, lighthouse, beach.  Need to add another head light to Mary’s bike – got
to figure out how to fit it onto her handle bars among her basket and horn.
Good investment.
